- For customers who walk-in purchase at Superdong counters, representative offices, agents of Superdong Fast Ferry Kien Giang Joint – stock Company or booking via hotline or phone numbers, after payment completely that customers will receive a lucky draw tickets at Superdong Fast Ferry Kien Giang counters, representative offices, agents of Superdong Fast Ferry Kien Giang Joint – stock Company.
- For customers who book tickets online at website online.superdong.com.vn after payment completely and receiving e-tickets via email, customers shall come to Superdong counters, representative offices to compare the e-tickets and to redeem lucky draw tickets to participate in lucky draw.
- Customers fill in the required personal particulars on 02 copies and will put the lucky draw tickets into the lucky draw box located in Superdong counters, representative offices area or on roro ferries or fast ferries of Superdong, includes:

- “Phần khách hàng giữ lại” that customers will keep to compare if customers will be the winner.
8.2 Time and method of issuing proof of winning:
The lucky draw tickets will be issued to eligible customers participating in the program when purchasing 02 one way tickets or a two-way (return) roro ferries or fast ferries ticket issued by Superdong Fast Ferry Kien Giang Joint – stock Company during the promotion.
8.3 Provisions on proof of winning determination:
- Each customer may receive unlimited lucky draw tickets participating in the lucky draw and is entitled multiple prizes during the lucky draw period.
- Customers must fill in completely and accurately the required personal particulars lucky draw tickets, including: order number (order number is a 7-digit number shown on the 2nd sheet of the boarding pass), full name (write as shown on ID card / Citizen ID / Passport), date of birth, ID card / Citizen ID / Passport number and mobile phone number.

- Any transaction that is found or suspected to be fraudulent or whatever reasons of the lucky draw or lucky draw ticket fake or damaged or incomplete proof of verification, the “Redemption location” has the right to refuse to award the prize to the winer.
