After successful payment, e-boarding pass will be sent to the email that customers have registered. Please inform the Company immediately if you do not receive your e – boarding pass. If not receive any feedback within 24 hours before departure time, then we assume that you have received the e – boarding pass via Email.
We are not responsible for delays or missed trips due to the wrong email address customers provide or customers have not notified us of your failure to receive your e – boarding pass via email, or customer do not want to use e – boarding pass.
In case of ticket exchange/refund:
– Refund method: transfer money (Money will be refunded to the account used for previous payment, about 10-15 working days depending on the card type)
