Regulations On Board
For the journey to be convenient, dear Customers please join Superdong with the following rules:
– Show your identification such as ID card / Passport / Driver’s license / Birth certificate of children on board.
– Sitting at the seat shown on the ticket.
– Be present at pier 30 ‘(minutes) before departure time.
– With each ticket, Customer is allowed to carry luggage under 10kg.
– Please take care of your own luggage, the Company is not responsible for lost, damaged or lost luggage.
– Customers only can travel in the cabin. If there is a dangerous situation due to violation of this regulation, the Company is not entirely responsible.
– Items banned from carrying on board, Customers should note: National ban, weapons, drugs, chemicals, flammable materials, etc. goods with a special stench, dangerous goods
Ticket Exchange & Refund Policy
The company is always ready to support and create the most favorable conditions for our dear customers. Customer are entitled to change your name, change your trip at least 24 hours before the departure time and the new selected route is available.
In case of ticket exchange :
– The renewal ticket has a lower value than the old ticket, the Company will refund the difference with the purchased ticket after deducting ticket exchange charge.
– The renewal ticket has a higher value than the old ticket, the customer must pay the difference with the purchased ticket including the ticket exchange charge.
